Equipment Description
Used Urschel Dicer with:
- Applications:
- Slicing
- Shredding
- Julienne
- Products:
- Leafy produce: lettuces, spinach, cabbage, etc.
- Firm products: carrots, peppers, potatoes, onions, etc.
- Fruite: melons, kiwi, pineapple, etc.
- Cutting wheel: 25 inches diameter
- Maximum output: up to 30,000 pounds of lettuce per hour
- End product thickness:
- Slices: 1/32 - 3.5 inches
- Shreds:
- Thickness: 1/32 - 9/32 inches
- Length: 3/8 - 3 inches
- Two high-speed feed belts sloped to form a "V" belt cross-section
- First belt orients and accelerates the product
- Second belt is synchronized with the speed of the cutting head to achieve the desired thickness
- Includes factory electrical control panel with variable speed controllers & electronic safety interlock system integrated with brakemotor
- All food grade stainless steel construction
