Description:
This line is designed to denest, fill, and seal your ready meal products at a rate of up to 140 trays per minute. A buffer system will feed a dual magazine inclined tray denester which will denest the trays onto a 26.5 meter dual lane, single chain, servo driven, enhanced sanitary design chain conveyor. The piston trays will then be advanced continuously in two lanes, long edge leading. Three moving head carriages will reciprocate both the nozzles and funnels of two piston fillers and one overhead scale. Scale to be provided by third party and integrated with Mondini moving head carriage. Additionally two topping dosers will fill the trays with continuous motion. The trays will then be received from the filling conveyor and sealed 12-up, long edge leading at a rate of up to 12 cycles per minute. After sealing the trays will be rotated to short edge leading and combined into a single lane.

Dual magazine denester is driven by an independent servomotor and is complete with Venturi systems pick and place device. The denester will deposit two trays per cycle
Tray buffer system:
A buffer/storage system that provides a steady flow of trays to the denester magazines. It is equipped with an operator platform.

DF/GS-400 dual lane filler designed for filling topping products into the trays. The product must be free-flowing and not sticky. If running cheese, product must be below 32 degrees.

TRAVE 1400-T SUPER TRAY SEALER (HEAT SEAL):
Trave 1400-T Super automatic sealing machine for a heat sealing application. The machine is controlled by a fully electro-mechanical system. The maximum tray size to be sealed is 1,400mm in length x 500mm in width which corresponds to the maximum dimension of the sealing tool. The machine handles two rows of trays at the same time.

In-feed spacing belt for receiving the trays from previous conveyor and aligning them for sealing.
