• Primary mix tank:
  • Capacity: 15 gallons
  • Cover with handle
  • Dimemsions (inches): 16 diameter x 21 deep
  • Internal temperature probe
  • Mix tank agitation:
    • Full sweep
    • Variable speed
  • Dual bottom outlets: 
    • Product piped to heated pump
    • Then out to process
    • Returns back from process to maintain circulation loop
• Secondary additive tank:
  • Dimensions (inches): 7 diameter x 11 deep
  • NOTE: presently not piped into the system
• Tank connections are sanitary tri-clamp
• Both vessels are jacketed & heated by on-board recirculating heating system
• All stainless steel construction
