  • 5 cubic foot V-blender with intensifier bar
  • 500 Liter Matcon IBC bin blending shell
  • 250 Liter Matcon IBC bin blending shell
• All vessels feature sanitary discharge valve
• Maximum density: 70 pounds per cubic foot
• Includes:
  • Blender/shell transfer cart
  • Matcon Cone Valve Discharge Station with it's own HMI with selector switches
• Blender system includes it's own HMI with Allen Bradley PanelView 1000
• Large 2 door main electrical cabinet with (4) VFDs for the post lift, slue, shell & intensifier bar
• Post lift room installation height clearance: approximately 16 feet
• All Stainless steel construction
