Used Arpac HVP122260HP Hot Plate Shrink Tunnel with:
- Top hold down Belt, one hot plate and one air heat zone
- 19in wide main conveyor, 10in wide overhead conveyor
- 22in wide x 12in high tunnel chamber opening
- 60in long tunnel
- Set for 13in wide chamber opening between sensors
- Minimum 3 1/2in, 10in high maximum product opening between main conveyor and overhead conveyor
- 36in-38in conveyor height, adjustable
- Element Assembly 10.5 kW. Hot plate element assembly 6 kW. 1/2 HP conveyor drive and blower motor
- Emergency evacuation air drive.
- (2) Manchester Tank model 304936 10 Gallon compressed air tanks, MAWP 200 PSI at 650 degrees F, MDMT -20 degrees F at 200 PSI
- Omrom model E5CS hotplate and tunnel temperature controllers
- Variable speed main conveyor belt.
- Solid heated belt designed to control the location and seal on shrink wrapped products
