Equipment Description

Used DEL Packaging SRC Overcapper:

  • Stainless steel construction
  • SRC - Spinning rod cap feeder head
  • Side-belt overcapper is designed for straight walled, rigid canisters (plastic, metal, composite)
  • Canisters are fed at random through the center of the overcapper via a tabletop chain conveyor. The canisters are accelerated by rubber-coated v-belts to create spacing. As the canister travels through the center, the leading edge of canister pulls the overcap from a chute and is applied by compression rollers
  • Fits containers from 2-6in. diameter and 2-10in. high
  • Injection molded flexible overcaps
