For over 70 years our goal at General has been to provide our customers with simple, rugged and reliable vertical form fill seal machines that will operate at the highest possible efficiencies with the least amount of attention. There are General machines that have been in productive use for over 50 years, with no General machine being “obsolete”. We supply parts, updates and support for all General machines irrespective of age.
Our president, Robert Kelly, has been the sole owner of the company since 1974. From the beginning, we’ve operated as a small business, with a close-knit team of 25–30 knowledgeable employees who are always available to help with any inquiries, questions, or concerns. Many of our team members have been with us for decades—some for over 40 years, which speaks to the kind of workplace we’ve built and the pride our employees take in their work. That experience and dedication are part of what makes us who we are.
