About Wintek Corporation
Wintek has been a leading provider of custom vacuum and separation systems since 1986.
Our expertise in process vacuum system design and operation includes: liquid ring, rotary vane, rotary piston, and dry vacuum pumps. When required, we incorporate multi-stage hybrid designs utilizing 1st and 2nd stage lobe blowers, air jets and/or steam jets to achieve desired operating vacuum levels. Wintek has designed and supplied more than 1,000 industrial vacuum systems utilizing a variety of pump styles and manufacturers.
Wintek also designs and manufactures separation systems. We have historically supplied flash evaporator systems for the biodiesel industry. We also design and supply molecular sieve dehydration units (MSDUs), both pressure swing adsorption and temperature swing adsorption, as well as membrane-based systems for solvent dehydration.
Our engineers carefully review a customer’s requirements to provide the best solution to promote system efficiency and minimize down time. We work with the customer to explain the advantages and/or disadvantages of the equipment being offered to ensure everyone is comfortable with the design choices.
