About Gravity Wheel Conveyors
This type of roller conveyor does not include a power source to turn the conveyor surface. A gravity wheel conveyor uses item weight and gravity to move items over wheels. The wheels are placed on an axle so that they turn freely. A gravity wheel conveyor is typically set at a downward angle. Some wheel conveyors are flexible and can extend or bend. When curved, items on the conveyor will follow the direction of the wheels.
