The AMS Model SH-1000 bulk bag unloader unloads bulk dry materials, powders, and granular products from flexible intermediate bulk containers into downstream processing or packaging lines. An integrated powered hoist and trolley lifts the bulk bag and positions it horizontally over the unloading station, discharging material through the bottom spout. Designed with pneumatically operated bag flexors to agitate sluggish or non-free-flowing materials, this unit eliminates the need for forklift trucks to remain inside the immediate packaging room during operational discharge.</p><p>
