The unit operates by passing incoming wet compressed air through a counter-flow heat exchanger where a closed refrigeration circuit cools the air to condense moisture into liquid droplets. An integrated water separator and electronic no-loss condensate drain then discharge the accumulated water without wasting compressed air before reheating the air to prevent downstream pipe sweating.</p><p>
