The MPS 7500 series conveyorized bag sealers are designed to seal bags of various weights and thicknesses, accommodating up to 12 mil (300 micron) thickness at production rates of 6 mil (150 micron) wide maximum when gusseted. This series is particularly beneficial for operations requiring higher speeds than the MPS 6000 series can provide. Each unit features a stainless steel, 6-inch wide by 6-foot long adjustable height food-grade belt conveyor, ensuring durability and hygiene in production environments. The system is engineered for continuous operation, making it suitable for diverse manufacturing settings.
