Description

  • Capacity: up to 3,000 bottles/hour depending on application
  • Monoblock components:
    • Single head bottle deaeration:
      • removes approximately 90% of the air via a vacuum pump
      • backfilled with a neutral gas chosen by the customer (nitrogen or CO²)
      • electrical height adjustment
    • 16 head gravity filler:
      • filling level adjustment from the top to bottle top: 30-90mm
      • output: approximately 792 gallons/hour (3000 liters/hour)
    • Gas injector:
      • reduces the oxygen content between the wine and the cork prior to corking
    •  Single head corker for straight corks:
      • orientor feed system with an approximate 10 cubic foot hopper 
      • closes the cork to a 16mm diameter
      • photocell to detect missed corks
