The FISCHBEIN HAS 300 SS is a heavy duty, stainless steel, sealing system that efficiently and consistently closes polyethylene, pillow and gusseted style bags. This machine is specifically designed for the industrial market bagging products such as salt, fertilizer, calcium chloride, and other corrosive chemicals. The machine comes with dual VFD’s and is mounted on a two-post frame with manual height adjustment - allowing the machine to close various bag sizes at varying conveyor speeds. Controls for the heaters, air flow, and carry through belts are simple and easy to adjust enabling the machine to seal various polyethylene bag sizes and thicknesses. The HAS 300 SS produces strong, siftproof closures on standard, flush-cut polymer bags.
