The Microfluidizer M110P processor is a lab-scale model that is a simple-to-use, electric benchtop fluid homogenizer. The M110P is capable of successfully processing a wide variety of fluids, including oil-in-water emulsions, solids-in-liquid suspensions, and performing cell disruption of yeasts and plant cells. The unit is powered by a standard 20-amp single-phase electrical outlet. The onboard 1.5 kW (2 HP) electric-hydraulic drive powers a single-acting intensifier pump. Process pressures are adjustable up to 2068 bar (30,000 psi) to produce the desired product results. No need for compressed air or hydraulic cooling water. This versatile laboratory homogenizer conveniently fits under most standard laboratory chemical hoods. This unit delivers a repeatable process with results that are guaranteed to scale up to pilot and production volumes.

Our standard rental agreement provides flexibility while ensuring professional standards for transport, insurance, and operational use. Customers are responsible for equipment setup and maintenance during the rental term, with option to purchase additional setup and training from SIGMA's shop.

  • Minimum Rental Period: Two months
  • Initial Payment: First month's rent plus a refundable deposit
  • Rental Credits: 50% of paid rental can be applied toward purchase (on-time payments only)
  • Equipment Condition: Provided as is; may require minor repairs or change parts
  • Shipping: Lessee responsible for dedicated transport both ways (no LTL carriers)
  • Return Requirements: Must be returned on original skid; early returns may incur fees
  • Insurance: $1,000,000 liability and full coverage on equipment required
  • Maintenance: Lessee handles operation, upkeep, and consumables during rental
