The Model F-4A Form-Fill-Seal Wrapper wraps products in plastic film automatically, and the resulting packages have trim seals on the ends of the packages and a neat overlap seam on the bottoms. The machine uses flat film and there is no selvage trim. Static seal is standard for the bottom overlap seal, and a heat seal is available as an option. Hot wire and hot knife end sealing systems are available. It is controlled by a programmable controller to facilitate trouble-shooting. The Model F-4A is equipped with a flighted infeed conveyor which allows a somewhat higher packaging speed than the Shanklin F-3. Product travel through the machine is continuous.</p><p>
