The Smart Wasp R600 is a semi-automatic robotic stretch wrapper designed to securely wrap various loads, including those that are unstable or located in multiple areas. The wrapper is mobile and can be moved directly to the pallet. An operator attaches the stretch wrap to the load and initiates the cycle via the touchscreen. The machine moves around the pallet, using a small wheel to sense the pallet's shape, and precisely wraps the load based on pre-programmed settings. Once complete, the operator cuts the film.
