The TDI Packsys IXL-400 is an in-line checkweigher designed to verify package weight consistency during automated packaging processes. The unit transports products across an integrated scale platform using a conveyor belt while a high-sensitivity load cell measures total package mass. Items that fall outside of predetermined weight tolerances are identified and flagged for removal. Built with a heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel frame, the system handles larger packaging formats up to 55.12 pounds with a 7-inch touchscreen controller that stores up to 100 recipe programs.</p><p>
