Tetra Pak Inc. Hoyer Frigus SF 600-N1

Primary Photo

Manufacturer:Tetra Pak Inc.

Model:Hoyer Frigus SF 600-N1

The Tetra Pak Hoyer Frigus 600 is a continuous ice cream freezing machine designed to combine precise portion control with high-efficiency output. The system functions by automatically drawing ice cream mix from mixing vats via a multi-stage piston pump and blending it continuously with micro-filtered, sanitized compressed air to achieve a uniform overrun. This mixture is pushed into a vertical freezing cylinder where an internal rotating dasher with sharp scraper blades continuously whips and clears product from the cooled chrome walls. Refrigeration is managed by a high-capacity Scroll compressor running R404A coolant, generating a continuous viscous supply delivered under steady internal pipe pressure. Built entirely on a compact stainless steel frame, the Frigus 600 delivers an optimized blending method engineered specifically to handle strict structural and sanitary demands in food manufacturing operations.
