The Tishma Technologies TT-912 Tri-Seal Glue/Tuck Cartoner handles secondary packaging applications by converting flat blanks into completed cartons under continuous or intermittent motion profiles. Flat blanks are extracted from a powered supply magazine using a reciprocating feeding mechanism before overhead traveling mandrels or integrated erecting tools form the main carton structure. Once filled, the packages advance past a series of stationary and mechanical plows that systematically fold the flaps prior to completing the cycle via a glue or tuck closure.</p><p>
