Description

The ARPAC 25TW-28 intermittent motion shrink bundler is a rugged shrink bundling system designed for
around-the-clock operation in almost any type of production environment. The 25TW-28 is ideal for wrapping a
wide variety of products.
The system is comprised of a sturdy, welded steel frame with a powder coated finish, Intralox modular plastic
chain, self-tracking conveyor belts, ARPAC’s quick thread dancer bar film feed system, and a compact high
efficiency shrink tunnel.
The system operation begins when product is transferred from the customer’s production line onto the infeed
conveyor of the 25TW-28. The product is advanced into the web of film and passed through the seal frame. The
product is stopped on the seal conveyor and the seal bars are closed, welding the film and forming a sleeve
around the product. The sleeved bundle is advanced by the seal conveyor onto the tunnel conveyor where it is
conveyed into and through the shrink tunnel chamber. When the bundle exits the tunnel, it is passed under a
turbo cooling section to aid in the film shrinking process.
