Description
New Polypack IL 24L Intermittent Shrink Wrap Bundler with:
- Products are hand loaded or arrive automatically to inline infeed conveyor, single file with long side leading. The infeed belt moves the products through a film curtain, across a sealing assembly and onto a transfer belt controlled by 3 phase motors. Products are stopped immediately after the seal bar, reducing film usage. The seal bar assembly engages, cutting and sealing the film behind each product. Transfer belt advances bundle to the rod conveyor then through heat tunnel to skink the film tightly around the bundles.
- Wrapped trays have bullseye openings on the sides and horizontal seals front and back
- Production output rate: Up to 25-30 bundles per minute, depending on product
