  • Designed to accurately divide dough from one to three ounces
  • Scales and cuts a larger dough piece and then divides into equal pieces
  • Output: 100 up to 166 pieces per minute, depending on application
  • Includes No. 3 dividing cup: 4 to 10 ounces
  • Size range of pieces:
    • 1 to 3 ounces
  • Hopper size: 75 pounds (125 pound hopper available with upgrade)
  • Pressure plate: 6 inches
  • Stainless steel cabinet
  • Variable speed divider motor
  • Electricals: 208 or 240 voltage / 3 phase / 20 amperage
  • Optional division cutters:
    • 3 cutters: 2 to 3 ounces / 56 to 84 grams
    • 4 cutters: 1 to 2 ounces / 35 to 56 grams
    • 5 cutters: 1/4 to 3/4 ounces / 7 to 21 grams
