Equipment Description
Used Black Clawson Extrusion Line with:
- Black Clawson 600 FXTR extruder:
- Single screw
- Diameter: 6 inches
- Approximately 24:1 L/D ratio
- Electrically heated
- Water cooled non-vented approximately 5 zone barrel with pump, tank & heat exchanger
- Driven by 250 horsepower, 1780 rpm motor through Flender gearbox ratio 14.175:1
- Centerline height: approximately 44 inches
- Control panel with Mitsubishi A800 drive & PLC panel
- Process Control XL Series gravimetric continuous blender feed system with controller:
- (1) Maag Extrex EX70 gear pump
- Driven by 10 horsepower gearmotor mounted on a stand
- (1) Sterling 24KW temperature control unit
- (1) Sano Black Clawson 3-Roll Stack:
- Pneumatically adjustable chrome plated cored rolls - approximately 20" diameter x 48" wide
- Rolls chain driven by 7.5 horsepower gearmotor
- Includes control panel
- (1) Cooling skid with approximately 10 foot long roller cooling conveyor
- (3) Thermal Care Aqua Therm RA095004 temperature controllers
- (1) Sano Black Clawson pull roll stand with (2) pneumatically adjustable rubber rolls - 8" diameter x 48" wide and driven by 2 horsepower gearmotor
- (1) Chicago Electric rewind roll stand: 46" wide with tensioning rolls, operator panel and control panel
