Used C&D Palletizer with Gantry Robotic System with:
- Air requirements: clean dry air, 80 PSI, 25 CFM
- Bundles must be tightly strapped or wrapped with no loose shrink-wrapping or straps on the long sides. Plastic "Ears" on the ends are less than 1 inch (25 mm)
- Maximum bundle taper, due to inserts, must not exceed 5 degrees
- Right hand "Z" with input on left and output on right
- Maximum pallet load: 2000 pounds (900 kg)
- Bundle height range: 0.75 inch to 11 inches (19-280 mm)
- Maximum pallet load height (including pallet) is 54 inches (1370 mm)
- Overall bundle dimensions, not trip dimensions:
- 5 inch to 10.75 inch width
- 7.25 inch to 12.75 inch length
- All pallet loads are column stacked
- Eight pallet capacity in automatic pallet dispenser
- Two pallet loads accumulation on gravity discharge conveyor

- Piling patterns and change of product size. All products are stacked in columns (requires guide box change and mechanical make ready)

We strongly discourage using LTL or Common Carriers for industrial equipment. These carriers often leave shipments unsecured and transfer them between terminals, increasing the risk of damage. Without added insurance, your shipment is unlikely to be covered for loss or damage.
