Description
Carruthers Auto-Slicer, model 5100 slicer is ideal for fresh, tempered or pre-cooked meats and poultry as well as tropical fruit and produce. The slicer utilizes a continuous flow of product on an infeed conveyor which can accommodate products up to 12 in wide. The product is controlled by a floating top feed conveyor with adjustable pitch and weight, holding the product in place it moves into the crosscut slicing zone. Product throughput can be in excess of 5,000 pounds per hour depending on the product.
