Used Cremer TQI-4150 Multi-Channel Counter System with:
- Pouch blending and counting system
- Previously used to count and assemble a 6-count variety pack of pouched snacks and feed the pouches to a cartoner for packaging
- (3) OSE Cleated Incline Conveyors
- Infeed heights: 50 and 86.5 inches
- Conveyor width: 13.5 inches
- Infeed length: 132 inches
- Cleat centers: 9 inches
- Cleat width: 12 inches
- Cleat height: 3 inches
- Discharge height: 138 inches
- Incline conveyors feed into TQI-4150 counters
- (3) TQI-4150 Multi-Channel Counters
- Determines how many pouches go into each batch
- Re-circulation system returns mis-aligned pouches from the counting process to the infeed incline conveyor
- Counters feed into a Z-frame bucket conveyor which ultimately discharges the batched pouches
- Bucket dimesnions: 13.5 inches wide x 7 inches long x 6.5 inches deep
- Final product discharge height: 83 inches
- Previously used in conjunction with a Triangle VCM-E30-1000-90HS0 Vertical Glue Cartoner. (SIGMA Equipment inventory number: G6628)
