Used Dalemark 985 DT Labeler with Coditherm 95 Printer with:
- Application: digital thermal transfer printer for automaticand direct marking of objects made of still material or with uneven porous surfaces
- Permits extremely versatile, high quality marking of production batches with texts, bar-codes and variable logos.
- Print speed: up to 100 mm/sec.
- Print resolution 300 dpi up to 600 dpi
- Can print on ribbon up to 95 mm wide
- The tension of each ribbon is controlled to ensure better imagine positioning stability
- Currently running 2 in film.
- Belts: 8 inches wide total
- 2 inch gap between belts
- 4 belts= 1 inch wide, each
- 3 belts on extended conveyor: overall 7 inches wide
- belt is 1 in wide with approximately 2.5 inch gaps
- Midsection belts: 32 inches long
- Outfeed belt: 2 inches long
