Used Toscana Enologica Mori Destemmer/Crusher with:
- Application: used to crush wine grapes then separate them from the stems
- Model: Gamma 50

- On-board centrifugal impeller must pump with 2.5 inch outlet
- Full length hopper:
- Includes infeed auger
- Stainless steel side extensions
- Outfeed auger feeds into crusher
- Destemming drum & shaft:
- Fully enclosed
- Fixed paddles with food grade plastic beaters
- On-board centrifugal impeller must pump moves free run juice & grape must to fermenter
- AISI 304 Stainless steel construction mounted on swivel locking casters
- Approximate overall dimensions (inches): 59 long x 32 wide x 42 high
- NOTE: OEM motor (2 HP, 1 Ph) is under powered & overheats - recommend replace with 3 HP, 3 Ph or hydraulic motor
