Used Douglas Tote Washer with:

  • Output: up to 10 batches per hour
  • Lift up, front loading opening dimensions:
    • Width: 74 inches
    • Height: 29.5 inches
  • Carousel/turntable diameter: 74 inches
  • Wash cycle:
    • Short, medium or long wash sequence 
    • Wash tank capacity: 125 gallons
    • High velocity "V" jet nozzles
    • Recirculation pump for nozzles: 20 horsepower
  • Rinse cycle:
    • Rinse tank capacity: 60 gallons
    • 30 Second hot water sanitizing rinse
    • 18 Gallons per 30 second cycle @ 20 psi
  • Filter screens collect debris to keep nozzles unclogged
  • Includes optional exhaust fan
  • Steam heated with steam coils for wash and rinse tank: 125 psi each
  • Food grade all stainless steel construction 
  • Stainless steel operator control panel includes pressure control, wash & rinse temperature controls
