Equipment Description
Used Lyco Continuous Cooler with:
- Application: designed for particulate foods such as corn, peas, rice, beans, etc.
- Capacity/output:
- Speed: up to 5,000 pounds per hour
- Particulate cooler: cool product from 200° Fahrenheit to 40° Fahrenheit in approximately 30 seconds
- Flash chiller: cool food product from 200° Fahrenheit to 70° Fahrenheit in 10 seconds
- Infeed height: 44 inches
- Discharge height: 29.5 inches
- Removable wedlee-wire dewatering screens
- Four (4) Alpha Laval LKH40 sanitary centrifugal pumps each with Sterling stainless shrouded 5 horsepower motors
- Four (4) Yaskawa 1000 Nema 4 variable speed drive controllers in stainless enclosures with hinged access covers
- All food grade sanitary stainless steel construction with open, sanitary design
- Approximate overall dimension (inches): 190 long x 60 wide x 63 high
