Description

The GEA 3000 Gallon Stainless Steel Jacketed Crystallizer is a vertical crystallization vessel designed for industrial applications requiring precise temperature control and efficient mixing. Constructed from 304L stainless steel, it features a double-wall jacket system rated for internal pressures up to 43 psi at 203°F and jacket pressures up to 43 psi at 203°F. The crystallizer is equipped with an 18.5 kW motor and top-mounted side scraper agitation to ensure uniform mixing. With dimensions of 84 inches in diameter and 20 feet in height, it offers a substantial processing capacity. The vessel's sanitary polished interior and sanitary clamped nozzles facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance, making it suitable for use in freeze concentration processes and other applications requiring high-quality crystallization. ​
