Description
The GEA GSC 40-06-077 Disc Stack Centrifuge is a high-speed industrial separator designed for continuous liquid-solid clarification in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial processing applications. Manufactured by GEA Westfalia, this self-cleaning centrifuge uses a disc stack bowl design to rapidly separate suspended solids from liquids using centrifugal force. The unit features automatic desludging to periodically discharge collected solids while maintaining continuous operation. Built with sanitary product contact surfaces and precision drive components, the GSC-series centrifuges are commonly used for applications such as beer clarification, juice processing, dairy separation, and chemical processing.
