Used HEMA MRH 30/24 T24 Volufill Filler with:
- High speed, automatic rotary piston filler
- 30 filling heads
- Fords 24 head conductive foil lid stock heat sealer
- Designed for hot fill
- Output: up to 200 containers per minute, depending on product and container
- Centers: 4.5 inches
- Accepts maximum 70mm (2.75") diameter x 90mm (3.5") high container
- 350cc (12 oz) maximum fills
- 13mm (1/2") fill ports
- Top fill
- Timing screw to star infeed
- No container/no fill
- Powered fill range adjustment to piston pump cam track
- Heat sealer centers: 4.5 inches
- 63.5mm (2.5") of conductive lidding foil seal heads
- Missing foil film unwind, die-cut, and feed sub-system
- All stainless steel construction with stainless steel and glass door enclosure
- Previously running 6 ounce tapered yogurt cup with foil seal top
- Allen-Bradley SLC 5/05 filler controls
- Missing heat sealing controls
