Used Hisaka RCS-120/20SPX Static Retort with:
- Ready-to-cook food sterilizer
- Application: hot water spray type retort sterilization of foods packaged in plastic barrier pouches/trays/bowls
- Processing tank of cylindrical and horizontal construction on solid base, having a door with ring and rack-pinion and safety device located at the front. Compressed-air locking seal system is provided for the door. Stainless steel made rail inside autoclave, allowing for loading, placement and unloading of carriages/trays, are also provided. Mist of hot water is sprayed into this processed tank and returned back to the circulation through place type heat exchanger. Liquid level controller is mounted. Autoclave is sensored and pressurized from the service from compressed-air.
