USED TRAVE 1400-T SUPER TRAY SEALER (HEAT SEAL):
- Trave 1400-T Super automatic sealing machine for a heat sealing application. The machine
is controlled by a fully electro-mechanical system. The maximum tray size to be sealed is
1,400mm in length x 500mm in width which corresponds to the maximum dimension of the
sealing tool. The machine handles two rows of trays at the same time. - Fully electro-mechanical servo-screw lifting and sealing system. Programmable,
reliable, and consistent. - Driven mandrels for film unwind and scrap rewind.
- In-feed spacing belt for receiving the trays from previous conveyor and aligning them
for sealing. - Pusher arm drives are controlled by servo-motion in all directions and are driven from
below and beside the tooling for minimal vibration and mechanical stress. - Exit belt for transporting the trays out of the sealing station after being sealed.
- Electronic control panel for controlling the phases of the sealing process.
- Robust machine design. The Trave 1400 is twice the weight of similar machines.
- Reliable tooling design. The Mondini tooling is built with minimal moving parts,
electronic components, and wear parts for superior uptime efficiency. Our heater plate
is covered under a ten-year warranty. - Sanitary design. The Mondini is built with sloped surfaces, pusher arm drives below the
product area, exceptional welding and stand-off design with no plate to plate contact,
and open platform technology for proper sanitation. - Elevated electrical cabinet. All electrical components contained in upper cabinets away
from wet floors. - Mechanical cabinet below the product area containing mechanical components.
