Used Konig G2000 Bun and Roll Dough Line with:
- Compact line with stamping station and folding/long rolling station
- Height adjustable single row discharge belt for manual product removal
- Proofer with approximately 100 fillable swings for maximum 75 gram single piece weight for stamped products and up to 100g for unstamped products
- Proofing time approximately 6 minutes at a capacity of 2,000 pieces per hour
- Stamping station easily changeable for different stamping tools
- Hourly output rate with proofer operation: 2,000 to 2,500 pieces, continually adjustable
- Integrated folding and long rolling station
- PLC control with touch panel at dough divider/rounder
- Waterbath
- Seeding
