- Bolted central bridge: 24 inches wide

- Center bottom discharge outlet:

- Discharge height: 30 inches
- IMPORTANT: requires contouring air operated slide gate valve
- Sanitary type E shaft packing seals with no tools disassembly feature
- All stainless steel construction meeting FDA & USDA requirements
- Approximate mix chamber dimensions (inches): 72 long x 36 wide x 46 deep
- Previously used in cheese processing manufacturing
