Used Marion 3060 Paddle Blender 1500 lb Flour Capacity with:
- Approximate capacity: 1500 pounds of flour or 60 cubic feet
- Process: product is fed into the Marion paddle blender. It is blended, and the product is then dumped into the auger feeder unit below. This allows the line to feed the mixed product, while a new batch is being mixed in the paddle blender.
- Stainless steel contact parts
- 8 inch diameter outfeed
- Distance from floor to outfeed: 6 inches (photo of outfeed shows tube going through the floor to the process room below the mixer)
- 30 horsepower mixing motor
- Previously ran an egg replacement powder in a gluten free facility
