• Reject criteria: Incorrect count, no insert, high product, incomplete product load, no carton, no glue, open flap, missed feed.
• Reject systems: Carton reject and pouch reject with verification
• Count Verification System: Double redundant system, batch counter keeps count of cycles and monitors vacuum to detect if a pouch is present, and, sensors just above the bucket on each lane counts pouches as they are put into the product bucket
