- Maximum carton size: 10 inch long x 4 inch deep x 14 inch wide
- Carton setup: Reciprocating 2 lines embossing on major bottom flap. Air cylinder driven
- Closing style: Rotary flap tuckers, Nordson Pro-Blue 4 hot melt glue system.
- Product loader: Air cylinder driven load pusher, load pusher overload jam detection.
- Reject criteria: Incorrect count, no insert, high product, incomplete product load, no carton, no glue, open flap, missed feed.
- Reject systems: Carton reject and pouch reject with verification
- Count Verification System: Double redundant system, batch counter keeps count of cycles and monitors vacuum to detect if a pouch is present, and, sensors just above the bucket on each lane counts pouches as they are put into the product bucket

We strongly discourage using LTL or Common Carriers for industrial equipment. These carriers often leave shipments unsecured and transfer them between terminals, increasing the risk of damage. Without added insurance, your shipment is unlikely to be covered for loss or damage.
