Used Sacmi Formsleever 500 Labeler with:
- Speeds: up to 866 per minute
- Suitable films: PET, OPS, PO, PVC, PLA, OPP and others
- Maximum label size: 175mm/6.9 inches
- Minimum label size: 30mm/1.2 inches
- Maximum container size: 350mm/13.8 inches
- Minimum container size: 150mm/5.9 inches
- Main turret:
- Containers are rotated around axis so labels can be applied
- Tubular sleeve applied
- Sleeve can be full or partial body
- Labeling unit:
- Photocell near inlet wheel generates signal and starts labeling process
- Labeling tape transferred from reel to drive roller
- Drive roller adjusts to make sure cutting point is correct
- Solvent applied to label and sleeve is sealed
- Reel unwinder
- Control cabinet
- Electricals: 480 voltage / 3 phase / 60 hertz
- Operation:
- Automatically loads, applies wrap around labels to containers, and then unloads them
- Containers enter on a single row conveyor and transferred to the main turret
