  • The F4000 is a medium output cam action cutter for fruits and vegetables perfect for work station environments. This system utilizes a double palm button system for cycling the machine that includes a light curtain for safety, allowing one person to easily load and operate the system.
  • Up to 20 cycles per minute
  • Cam action for constant pressure slicing
  • Double palm button operation with light curtain for safety
  • Perfect for applications such as:
    • tomatoes - slicing 6 pieces per stroke
    • pineapples - peel/core, top/tail, wedge and chunks
    • cabbage - wedge, wedge/core
    • lettuce - wedge
    • apples - wedge/core, 4 per stroke
  • Discharge conveyor: 56 inches long x 10.5 inches wide
