Used OK International A589-92 Bag Inserter with:
- Seals and cuts a polythene bag from roll stock film and inserts it into a case
- Case size range:
- Minimum: 10 inches long x 10 inches wide x 10 inches inches tall
- Maximum: 23 inches long x 16 inches wide x 18 inches tall
- Previously ran:
- 10 inch x 10 inch x 14 inch (flaps folded down and created cube) cases
- 10 inch x 10 inch x 20 inch cases
- 11.5 inch pre-gusseted bags
- Output: approximately 15 cases per minute
- Conveyor dimensions: 55 inches long x 10 inches wide
- Conveyor height: 27 inches
- Allen-Bradley SLC 5/01 controls
- Stainless steel construction
- Able to process liner material from 0.75 to 3.0 millimeter depending on materiel
- Can handle HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and co-extruded polyethylene films
- Bag length can be changed while operating to suit operation
- Liner bags are formed from flat gusseted tube stock, freeing the user from the requirement of purchasing fixed-length, sealed and perforated bags
