  • Stainless steel interior and exterior
  • Dome top
  • Flat bottom sloped to a bottom side outlet to allow complete drainage
  • Bottom side manway with cover
  • Bottom side horizontal propeller for agitation
  • Top mounted CIP balls for cleaning
  • 2 inch diameter sanitary clamp type connection top inlet
  • 2.5 inch diameter sanitary clamp type connection bottom side outlet
  • Stainless steel alcove for wall mounting
  • Full vertical side wall heat transfer surface
  • 3 inch stainless steel vent line
  • 2 inch stainless steel CIP line
  • Complete with openings for a recording thermometer and level sensor
