- Sediment conveyor
- Stainless steel burner manifolds

- 5 foot diameter oil holding tanks
- Oil filter system circulates oil and removed sediments
- Fryer vent hood, (2) flue vents, "Y" duct
- CO2 fire suppression system
- Aerofreeze 5 stage chiller
- 5 pass high efficiency stainless steel cooling tunnel
- 5 tiers, 13 feet long x 36 inches wide
- Aeroglide single pass refrigerated cooling tunnel
- Stainless steel fryer feed conveyor
- Stainless steel oil drop conveyor installed under air knife system
- Forced air system to remove excess oil, comes with drip pans to direct and collect excess oil
- 90 degree stainless steel conveyor
- Stainless steel incline conveyor with plastic, food grade belting for feeding the 5 stage chiller
- Previously used in a pre-cooked french fry line
