Description

Used Stoelting 4242 2 Stage Batch Power Spray Washer with:

  • Batch type with indexing table and side entrance/exit with HD slide in/out table movement
  • Designed work chamber part capacity: 48 inch cube chamber
  • Two stage operation:
    • Stage one: heated high pressure spray wash design
    • Second stage: mist spray rinse
  • Two table option equipped with twin table option indexing tables which traverse in and out of the wash chamber from the same point of entry. Tables index between process cycles leaving one table inside the chamber being processed while the other remains outside the chamber being unloaded and reloaded during the active process cycle of the other table. These tables traverse on rails in and out of the wash chamber. Movement is programmable and automatic utilizing a PLC system 
  • Wash spray section
    • 375 gallon solution tank: 7 gauge 0.25 inch weled HR steel tank
    • Canopy: 10 gauge mild steel welded construction 
    • 300 gallon per minute 20 horsepower vertical pump
    • Spray section with cone type nozzles on risers on left, right, and read side 
    • Equipped with 1 inch NPT fill port, 2 inch NPT solution overflow and 2 inch solution drain ports
    • Heat section: gas fired submersion heater (1 inch NPT) with exhaust stack
    • Solution tank clean-out door
  • Door and table data
    • Door drive mechanism: 2 inch bore, 57 inch stroke hydraulic cylinder unit
    • Door opens up and down
    • Fixed table construction: HD structural steel framework with workload weight capacity of 5000 pounds
