- Features a system tea bagger for combination pouched tea bag
- Automatically transporting fill tea bag to inline pouch packer, creating flavor retaining laminated pouch
- Intermittent motion pouch forming complete with PLC control
- Servo motor driven
- Hopper measures 11 inches in diameter at the top
- Thermo transfer hot leaf printer
- Positive printed code dater
- Film registration control
- Temperature controls
- Able to package all heat seal-able laminations, coated and filter (tea bag). paper, Nylon mesh, etc.
- Inner bag pouch size: up to 3 inches wide x 3.5 inches long
- Over wrap size: up to 4.75 inches x 4.5 inches
- Speed: up to 40 bags per minute
