he Urschel CC-D is a robust industrial centrifugal slicer/shredder and strip cutter built for high-capacity food processing applications, capable of producing a variety of cut styles from slices and shreds to crinkle and strip cuts. It uses a rotating impeller to force product against interchangeable cutting heads, enabling quick changeovers between cut types and minimizing downtime. This stainless steel machine handles a wide range of food products — including potatoes, cheese, fruits, vegetables, and more.
