- Maximum product size: 5.5 inches in any dimensions
- Slice thickness:
- Crosscut: 9/32 - 3 inches
- Circular knife: 1/8 - 3 inches
- Currently set up for 3/8" dice
- NOTE: can run additional dices, strip cuts, etc. with proper change parts
- Continuous operation
- Stainless steel feed hopper & discharge chute
- Lift off safety guarding
- All stainless steel contact surfaces
