Looking to minimize startup delays? As an optional add‑on, SIGMA’s shop technicians will configure your new or pre‑owned equipment to run your specific product at your required rate—right here in our 50,000 sq ft shop.

We perform any required adjustments or repairs, document settings, and keep you informed at every step. You’ll receive a detailed quote up front, so you know exactly what to expect before work begins.

Factory Acceptance Test & Training

Once configured, you’re invited to our facility for a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT). You’ll see your equipment running under real‑world conditions, and we’ll match‑mark critical settings so you can reproduce them on site.

During FAT, our experts provide hands‑on training and supply any available manuals. When you’re ready, our logistics team arranges safe transport to your plant (transportation quoted separately).
